Welcome to TLC Homecare, LLC. We at TLC Homecare understand how important it is for you or your loved one to remain in the comforts of your home for as long as possible. We at TLC Homecare, LLC are looking forward to making that dream a reality. We are a caregiver referral agency that will help you find a dependable, compassionate caregiver to meet your everyday needs.
Your relationship with TLC starts with assessing your personal needs. From there we can determine how many hours per day or per week are necessary and what duties are needed. This can be done by calling TLC at 203-632-5549, and speaking with a case manager. If requested, and at no cost to you, a case manager will come to your home and meet with you to personally answer any questions or concerns that you might have. After that, a caregiver will be selected and a date wil be set very soon to get your homecare services services started. If at any time you are not satisfied with your care provider, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
